The Ashmolean Café
The café is used as an event space after the Museum closes to the public, the area is easily transformed into a bar area and dinner, reception or entertainment space. We hold a full premises license live or recorded music and dancing is permitted.
The Ashmolean Café can accommodate dinners for up to 100 people, canapé receptions for up to 150 and can provide an event tailored to suit your personal taste and individual requirements.
Venue hire rates (excluding VAT)
Private reception at the Ashmolean Café: from £120 per hour
(minimum of 5 hours unless booked with another event space)
Availability
The Ashmolean Café is available for private hire outside Museum opening hours.
The guests' arrival time is dependent upon the set up required. Please contact the events office to check available dates.
